1/2" forged multi-prep Chef’s knife offers superior handling and easy
control with a wide and sturdy blade. It’s perfect for mincing fresh
herbs, dicing large carrots, and crushing cloves of garlic quickly and
easily.
Each exquisite Chef’s knife is forged from one piece of specially
tempered high carbon steel with a stain-resistant alloy. It’s buffed by
hand and seamlessly attached to a highly durable polymer handle. For
precision handling, the handle features a full tang, triple-riveted
design and is contoured with a comfortable grip.
Caution: Chef´s knives purposely have been ground extra thin
for the ultimate cutting performance. Chopping through bones will damage
the fine edge.
